Leigh Radford, who runs the Procter & Gamble fund P&G Ventures, discusses the importance of diversity in the investment world, particularly with regard to female founders who are receiving under 3% of funding and significantly less money than male founders when funded.
“Less VC money is going to women founders,” Radford told Forbes. “I spend a lot of time bringing together women entrepreneurs. It is really hard for them. They have to do a lot more pitches to get the funding.”
